Academician Frolov’s visit

Mid-October, 2006 a delegation from the Engineering Science Institute (ESI) of the Russian Sciences Academy headed by Konstantin V. Frolof — academician, ESI Director accompanied by 30 leading scientists, visited Inacotec Company.
The main purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with Inacotec & its personnel with a view of developing Institute — Inacotec R&D cooperation in the field of surface engineering as well as being prepared for the hearing of Inacotec’s activities at the Institute Science Council.
The delegation was both shown Inacotec’s modern coating facilities and the latest developments in Inacotec’s R&D plans implementation.
Special attention was paid to the findings in depositing thick high temperature complex nanostructured coatings onto parts exploited in the conditions of high loading & temperature and aggressive corrosion/erosion environment.
At the end of the visit academician Frolof convened a shot meeting where he highly appreciated Inacotec’s achievements naming it as a good example of a modern innovative company.
