Magnetrons with movable cathodes of VK

The magnetrons having external diameter — 50 mm & more and thickness up to 500 mm is designed to be used for prolonged coating deposition. Target consumable part is movable and during the deposition process is to be shifted ahead. While, the cathode sputtering could come from both solid and liquid phases (ion-thermal process).
