Magnetrons with disk cathodes of DK
 The magnetrons are of diameters 50 — 250 mm and more (there are also smaller magnetrons of “DK -1 mini” type). The deposition area is less than 2 сm2. They are well convenient to be employed for depositing precious metals as well as for conducting research investigations.
